V-Baby Management Trainee Program

Program Overview:

To create a unique training system, the trainees will be coached directly by professionals from our company. We will also provide work shift opportunities lasting six to nine months and the opportunity to choose the final position independently, for whom is looking for the best career designing.

Requirements:

1. Current year graduates with bachelor degree or above, all majors welcome;

2. Proven strong logic, great communication, fast learning, well-executed and creative thinking skills;

3. Good team player able to work under pressure, along with rich experience of social practicing, leadership experience of communities or associations could be a plus;

4. Passionate with work and life, higher work ethic standard, strong sense of duty as well as collective honor keeper;

5. Dedicate to pursue the professional career in the financial industry.

 

V-FinTechie Development Program

Project Description:

Special technical training plan with coolest mentor provides the 1V1 coaching; Full-cycle tech training courses bring you the innovation edge of the technology, help to build up the platform for your career achievement.

Project Concentration:

Development track, Data track and Risk Analysis track.

Requirements:

1. Current year graduates with bachelor degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics or Statistics majors.

2. Self-driven, intelligent, diligent and resilient, ability to learn and hard-working, have strong sense of duty and collective honor;

3. Wish to dedicate to Fintech industry, willing to learn new knowledge and skills.

4. Good understanding of IT and Data Analysis, holding solid ground knowledge in technical, software development or big data era.

 

V-SEED Summer Intern Camp Program

Project Description:

1. Return Offer: By negotiating with departments, triple agreement could be signed in advance unless overall GPA is lower than 3.3 or the student could not graduate on time.

2. Pass Card: The students holding pass cards can directly reexamined by senior executives in fall recruitment.

3. Reference Letter: For the students who pass the Internship, Human Resource department can write each one of them a Reference Letter and an Internship Certification.

Requirements:

1. Graduates with bachelor degree or above, does not have to be current year graduates. GPA must be 3.0 or above;

2. The anticipated internship duration must be 1.5 months or longer (summer full-time job). Three days per week available or above during semester;

3. Experience of studying overseas could be a plus;

4. Along with rich experience of social practicing, leadership experience of communities or associations could be a plus.
